Basic operation of the coiler in sheet metal processing

The coiler is a commonly used forging device that bends non-metallic sheets into cones, spheres, cylinders or other shapes. This performance is widely used in manufacturing, boiler steam, chemical, non-metallic construction and machinery manufacturing. With the development of aerospace, automobile, rolling stock, instrumentation, shipbuilding and other industries, the demand for the coiler is increasing, and the requirements for the accuracy of the coiler are getting higher and higher. With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, the requirements for product accuracy are getting higher and higher. Correspondingly, higher requirements are placed on the function, reliability, safety and automation of the coiler from the aspects of performance and quality.

The four-roller coiler and the three-roller coiler have different roller movements, but they work in the same way. They all use the principle of a three-point circle to wind different radii. The upper roller is fixed in position and the lower roller moves straight up to clamp the steel plate. The radius of curvature of the drum can be adjusted by moving the drum up by a straight line or an arc. Four-bar reeling machine Four-roll reeling machine is suitable for the bending of sheet metal. It can roll round, circular and conical workpieces within a certain range. It also has a sheet end pre-bending function. The remaining ruler is small and the work efficiency is high. The use of the coiling machine in sheet metal processing shall be carried out in strict accordance with the following regulations:

1. After the power is turned on, the lower roller moves up and down to check whether the movement is abnormal. The phenomenon of stuck.

2. According to the parameters specified by the coiler, the thickness of the coiler is 20 mm and the length is 2500 mm. The yield limit of the coiled material is less than 250 MPa.

3. Operate in strict accordance with the winding process and operation method. When the upper roller is raised and lowered to the limit position, attention should be paid to the safe operation of the equipment.

4. In the operation, all personnel should cooperate with each other and obey the command of the person in charge of the roller plate. Without a password, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine.

5. When the main drive is stopped, the upper roller can be lifted to perform the flipping reset of the inverted bearing and the upturning of the upper roller.

6. During the operation, if abnormal phenomena such as irregular noise and impact are found, stop the inspection immediately.

7. When lifting the steel plate or drum with the vehicle, be careful not to collide with the machine.

8. Care should be taken when the coiler is performing the coiling operation.

9. After the coiling tube is completed, the power should be turned off in time, and the equipment maintenance and on-site cleaning and rectification work should be done.
